Re: [v3] libstdc++/51798


Noticed that the config for the new atomic builtins was not correct for
targets that did not do link tests. (ie x86-x-cris-elf). Fixed as
follows.

tested x86/linux

        * acinclude.m4 (GLIBCXX_ENABLE_ATOMIC_BUILTINS): Grep for
        __atomic_, not __sync.
