I fail to find the reference now, but usually try to wrap things such that a patch (which adds "+ " or "- ") still fits with wrapping, or ideally a quoted patch (so "> + " or "> - "), so around 76.

Not a big deal, though.
I wrapped it before the checkin. Good point about how it appears in a patch -- I've wrapped for that reason in the past as well.
