Go patch committed: Don't crash on undefined anonymous field

This patch fixes the Go frontend to not crash when a struct uses an
anonymous field whose type is never defined. Bootstrapped and ran Go
testsuite on x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu. Committed to mainline.
