LTO passes SPEC CPU 2K/2006

Hi,

Revision 167092 + this fix passes SPEC CPU 2000/2006 with

-O3 -funroll-loops -msse2 -mfpmath=sse -ffast-math -fwhole-program
-flto=jobserver -fuse-linker-plugin

on both ia32 and x86-64 using GNU linker. Gold failed due to:
