I've reviewed the patch (and I know this part of the ARM ABI).  Jie, the
patch is OK.

Thanks. And I think Richard is also OK now. So I have committed patch on trunk.

I'm all for improving the documentation, but you can do that as a
separate patch.  Your change isn't make it any worse.
