Lucas is insanely dependent on register allocation and scheduling. With -fweb and -frename-registers both disabled at -O2

This reminds me. I committed a number of regrename speedup patches earlier this year - does anyone think it would be a good idea to add that to -O2 now?

I'm curious, why regrename is not in -O2?
