The first occurrence of 'x' and 'y', what else? Just a one-line comment
before the first time you use 'x' and 'y', describing those, reminding
about LLP64 and finishing with something like "... and below", to mean
that there are more 'x' and 'y' in the patterns below. I don't find that
so strange...
