Subject: [WIP] EH in gimple

Just letting you look at the work-in-progress to see what you think.

I'll admit to throwing this patch over the wall right as I'm leaving for the day. Just now it has managed to compile libstdc++ without crashing; I'm going to leave the testsuite running overnight and see what happens.
