Works for me, although people may find it slightly confusing since that
would be the only directory which flows from src to gcc.

Also, how hard would it be for gcc/cpu to be a partial copy of src/cpu?
There are files in src/cpu which are irrelevant to gcc.  This is similar
to the include directory, of course.
