Subject: [Ada] Replace Expr_First/Last_Char by Sloc_Range

A new procedure Sloc_Range replaces Expr_First/Last_Char
which were dubious because of the paren problems. Neither
old nor new subprograms are used yet, so no test needed.

Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on trunk

	by Sloc_Range.
