[vta4.4] 4.4 branch@147310 merged into vta4.4

I've just completed merging from branches/gcc-4_4-branch, up to revision
147310, into the var-tracking-assignments-4_4-branch.

The changes brought into the branch can be obtained with this command:

# svn diff \
http://gcc.gnu.org/svn/gcc/tags/var-tracking-assignments-4_4-merge-147310-before \
http://gcc.gnu.org/svn/gcc/tags/var-tracking-assignments-4_4-merge-147310-after

The accummulated changes in the branch, compared with the 4.4 branch at
the merge point, can be obtained with this command:

# svn diff \
http://gcc.gnu.org/svn/gcc/tags/var-tracking-assignments-4_4-merge-147310-4_4 \
http://gcc.gnu.org/svn/gcc/tags/var-tracking-assignments-4_4-merge-147310-after

As usual,
http://gcc.gnu.org/svn/gcc/tags/var-tracking-assignments-4_4-merge-point
was updated to a copy of
http://gcc.gnu.org/svn/gcc/tags/var-tracking-assignments-4_4-merge-147310-4_4
so that the next merge can be performed from the merge-point, without
any additional information.

Now, on to merging the trunk into var-tracking-assignments branch.

Please wish me luck :-)
