Thanks.  Some more info in case you do end up reviewing yourself:

the @cindex command is placed after the @item everywhere else, so I
moved a couple of them for consistency (in the HTML output this
prevents an empty paragraph containing the <a> element, which avoids a
big vertical space before the 'artificial' and 'flatten' attribute
descriptions.)

The 'externally_visible' attribute was last in the list, for no
obvious reason, *most* of the attributes are listed in alphabetical
order (I didn't fix them all, only the ones I was changing in other
ways.)  The grammar for 'externally_visible' used the wrong conjugated
forms of "nullify" and "remain".

The 'target' function attribute was misnamed 'option' and was placed
between 'nothrow' and 'optimize' (which is not correct anyway, even if
the attribute was named option!) All I did was change the @item name
from 'option' to 'target' and move the whole section to the right
position alphabetically.
