[PATCH] Fix print_node of PARM_DECL

Hi!

I've noticed that print_node (and debug_tree) prints
<initial XXXXXXXXX> even for PARM_DECLs, that's wrong, as DECL_INITIAL is
used as DECL_ARG_TYPE for PARM_DECLs and <arg-type ...> is printed,
so printing also <initial > is misleading and useless.
Ok to commit?

While looking at that, I've noticed that print_node starts with
code = TREE_CODE (node) and uses code in a bunch of places, but uses
TREE_CODE (node) in far more places. The second patch uses code everywhere,
which shrinks print_node on x86_64 by 340 bytes.

	Jakub
