PS: Soon we should be able to run "make check-gfortran" in parallel
(e.g. -j4). Jakub has submitted a patch which will do so. In case of
gfortran there will be then for make:

+check_gfortran_parallelize = dg.exp=gfortran.dg/\[a-cA-C\]* \
+			     dg.exp=gfortran.dg/\[d-mD-M\]* \
+			     dg.exp=gfortran.dg/\[n-zN-Z0-9\]*

Already now the following works:
   make -j2 check-gfortran//unix/{-m64,-m32}
However, the // syntax won't work for "make check" for libgomp.
