Well it started out in life as talking about Power adhering to the V.4 ABI spec
(as opposed to the AIX systems).  Then of course Linux and eABI came along
muddying things somewhat (and if you want to be pedantic, the short lived
Solaris and Windows NT on PowerPC that were cancelled before the compiler was
finished).
