Initial ARM Cortex-R4F support.


The attached patch adds initial Cortex-R4F core support. This is the same as 
the Cortex-R4, but with the addition of a half a VFPv3 coprocessor.

Tested on arm-none-eabi.
Applied to SVN trunk.
