Subject: [Ada] Process words of any size

The minimal perfect hash function generator was restricted to 32
characters and was unable to select a character position set for a
words set like :

package__subpackage__subprogram1
package__subpackage__subprogram2

Tested on i686-pc-linux-gnu, committed on trunk

	Remove a limitation on the length of the words handled by the minimal
	perfect hash function generator.

	* g-pehage.ads:
	Detail the use of subprograms Insert, Initialize, Compute and Finalize.
	Fix some typos.
