Remove (not really relevant any more) link to g77 News.
While I was at it, I finally removed the (marked as obsolete for more
than half a decade) http://gcc.gnu.org/egcs-1.1/fortran.html page which
we haven't been linking and for which Google didn't provide a single
reference.
