Thanks for the patch, but I don't think it'll be right for MIPS16.
I'd also have expected GENERAL_REGS to be in there somewhere,
unless GENERAL_REGS is implied.
FWIW, I've been meaning to try porting IRA for MIPS, but I want to
finish off another project first.
