afaik mingw64 bugs aren't regressions and due to branch policies
shouldn't go into 4.3-branch. in fact, people want to use gcc-4.3
for mingw64 and don't want wait till gcc-4.4, so maintaing such
list for vendors would be very nice.

are you breaking branch policies or there is an exception for such
backports?
