Does this address a bug / regression? We are in stage3, so this quite probably has to wait for 4.4

This is a small improvement to make scheduler do less mistakes. I don't mind putting it off till 4.4 .


Although, the patch is probably safe, I'd prefer to postpone its commiting till 4.4.
I'll do its review later.


Maxim, please ping me when the mainline will be at stage 1.
