[PATCH] ada: Add support for sh4-linux target


This patch adds Ada support for sh4-linux. All compilation tests in gnat.dg
pass.

    gcc/ada/
	* Makefile.in: Add support for sh4-linux.

	* system-linux-sh4.ads: New file.
