This patch is ok for the trunk except for `if (true)' in debug_dependencies. Please remove it and do proper identation and after that you can commit the patch.

Retested on fresh trunk on ia64-unknown-linux-gnu. Will commit the attached patch into the mainline.

	(init_ready_list): Use it.
