It looks to be a deference in the new check_argument_lists().

+      if (f->sym)
+       f->sym->attr.not_always_present = 1;

I had to add the "if (f->sym)" to get entry_3.f90 to compile.
Regression testing is underway.
duuuuh! It is not as if I(we) have not been hit by that exact problem dozens of times in the past. *sigh*
Once again, I have been caught out by Cygwin being occasionally robust against segfaults. (I am using it to be able to sit next to the sttove!)

Bootstrap and regression tested on i386-*-freebsd.
Thanks for that one Steve - I'll resubmit tonight. I am sure that with that, it's ripe enough to go.
