That goes without saying. :-)
Any ordering change here should never affect code generation.
If it does, something else is buggy.
It simply changes the order in which the alias list is sorted, which
has no effect on the actual *answers* alias analysis provides (IE
virtual operands generated, etc).
If you have evidence to the contrary (IE a testcase that passes
without a pointer comparison, but fails with it, or even something
where the vops turn out different), please, send it along.
