Reminder to all that target-local toplevel changes get approved by the
target maintainers (like the above), not the toplevel maintainers,
like most other target-local build changes.

This generally applies to target-specific cases in existing case
statements, which is by far the most common type of target-specific
patches.  It's not like *I* am going to know what a target can build ;-)
