[committed] move endif slightly..


Recently I was playing around with emitting a particular bss section for i386 darwin and came across this where I wanted the function and it really wasn't dependent on COMMON_ASM_OP.

Tested on x86_64-darwin and x86-64-linux.

Figured this was obvious.
