No, since it was approved anyone can do the commit.

Actually, let's hold off on that one last patch. People have complained that the tree should build by default, no funky configure options, and this last patch breaks the build on x86. Eric and I have some patches that progress us back towards buildability, let's get those in first, or find some other way to turn off the x84_64 parts of the build that doesn't yet work before this goes in.
