I believe that this is OK. It bootstraps and regression
tests fine on x86_64-*-freebsd.
Commited as rev. 118930, with added tests to check that we are not
accepting invalid code. I also added a clear error message for the
construct Tobias Burnus flagged in his mail (use intrinsic
iso_fortran_env).
