I updated your output-exists and output-exists-not a bit so that they
optionally handle target and xfail lists and checked them into trunk;
see http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2006-11/msg00374.html.  They'll
be in the 4.2 and 4.1 branches soon.

The Fortran maintainers approve Fortran tests, but I'll point out that
dg-final directives are normally placed at the end of the test file.
