I still think we should distinguish printf and system_printf format 
attributes, meaning respectively the standard GNU C / GLIBC set of formats 
and the set supported by the system C library.  (And then the builtins 
would use the system_printf attribute.)

This means cloning the affected tests into a version checking a printf 
attributed-function (for all systems) and a version checking a system 
function (depending on the system).
