[Ada] fix building of shared lib

Tested on i686-linux, committed on trunk.

When the name of the library includes a dot, the name of the
library file name did not include the part of the library name
after the last dot.
The test is to build a library project file with the name of the
library "toto-2.3". The library file name should start with
"libtoto-2.3.".

Also on Darwin, shared libraries need to be linked against libgcc_s with
GCC 4.x in order to have EH support. Moreover Darwin completely bypasses
the generic libgcc specs code in the driver so everything needs to be done
manually.
