question about applying a long-forgotten patch

I submitted a patch to fix a bug related to DW_{remember,restore}_state:

http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2006-01/msg00617.html

It was approved by Richard Henderson:

http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2006-01/msg01042.html

...and then proceeded to get tied up while waiting for copyright
assignment papers to get filed with the FSF. I have since switched
employers and now have proper copyright assignment papers filed. Is it
OK to apply the patch to mainline after checking that it bootstraps and
regtests on current mainline?

Normally, Richard's OK would be enough, but since there has been a long
lag time between approval and actually getting to the point where the
patch can be applied, I figured I should double-check and make sure.

Thanks,
-Nathan
