I think so; conversions from types with this attribute to types without 
might then be considered like those losing precision.  But maybe the 
option is useful to warn for these cases without all the other -Wcoercion 
ones.

I think wait for it to be integrated; the patches should be resubmitted 
during stage 1 or 2.
