[patch] fix gcc.dg/asm-fs-1.c on x86-darwin

Here's a little simplification and bugfix for darwin_emit_unwind_label. The bugfix is that we needed to call strip_name_encoding, the cleanup just makes it a little easier to read and uses DECL_ASSEMBLER_NAME_SET_P instead of just checking for the existence of DECL_ASSEMBLER_NAME (this is arguably a bug fix too).

Tested with bootstrap and test on x86_64-darwin, no regressions. Fixes gcc.dg/asm-fs-1.c.

OK?

* config/darwin.c (darwin_emit_unwind_label): Use DECL_ASSEMBLER_NAME_SET_P.
Call strip_name_encoding on base name.
