config.sub changed need to be submitted to the configury upstream (see
the MAINTAINERS file for the email address) and brought in to src and
gcc via merging. If it's been accepted there, you don't need our
additional approval to merge it to src or gcc.

This part is fine. Please update gcc and src together.
