for changes to the technical documentation, Joseph and me generally
defer to the maintainers of the respective parts (that is, you for
tree-ssa for example ;-). We do not have a GOMP maintainer listed
yet, so I guess we're stuck in a near deadlock situation.

the patch is an improvement, so let's go for it. Okay.
