I could clean up a fair amount of testsuite result clutter from
running with -fpic/-fPIC (perhaps all remaining excess errors?) if I
had it available. Can we move this over please?
Gaby, can I get a preapproval to backport testcase changes that take
advantage of dg-skip-if, etc to sanitize the testsuite results?
