I plan on significantly trimming down cvswrite.html and pointing to the
wiki for the hints and whatnot it current gives, unless someone has a
significant problem with that.
I have a problem with that. I think that those pages ought to stand
on their own. I feel the wiki is a final place for quick-changing
documentation and informal notes, but not for "final" documentation.
I don't think anything should point to the Wiki except a single
reference on the home page and other wiki entries.
