I think that we have the same bugs in the 4.0 branch, however we don't
have VRP to stress the code.  For this reason it is very well possible
that these bugs never show up in 4.0: we only have ivopts and the
vectorizer that rely on this information.  However, if we include all
the overflow / wrapping fixes that went in mainline, we have some
performance regressions in sixtrack.  I'm trying to get the perf back
on mainline before thinking to backport the fixes.
