Joseph.  Thanks so much for taking the time to review this.

I missed the .opt file in the last mail, I'm including it now.

I've fixed everything you addressed.

Reading the extensive thread regarding comments, I have documented
all functions, but have opted to only document the non-obvious
target macros in ms1.h.  I mean, we all know what INT_TYPE_SIZE
and HARD_REGNO_NREGS are for.

I tried to come up with a middle ground wrt documenting and commenting.

I also cleaned up a lot of cruft that was obsolete or not applicable.

How does this look?

Tested on ppc64-linux x ms1-elf (simulator).
