ChangeLog entry:

        * gcc.dg/vect/vect-22.c: Remove xfail for i?86 and x86.
        * gcc.dg/vect/vect-30.c: Remove xfail for vect_no_align.
        * gcc.dg/vect/vect-67.c: Remove xfail.
        * gcc.dg/vect/vect-8.c: Remove xfail for vect_no_align.
        * gcc.dg/vect/vect-92.c: Prevent array overflow.
        * lib/target-supports.exp: Define vect_negate.
