This part was never in doubt. We'd always help work on the patch, the
only question was if we'd apply it before the specification came out. As
Richard said, we'll accept the patch ahead of time now.

As long as it is planned that you are going to do this work I'm ok. Also
make sure that the work is in binutils as well. Binutils patches so that
the instructions assemble are a requirement in my mind before this patch
goes in. (Note, this support may be there and I just forgot. :)
