[committed] Remove docs for --enable-altivec option

When Aldy removed the configure support for the --enable-altivec option
here:
    http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2004-05/msg00122.html
he failed to remove the corresponding documentation.

This patch completes the option removal by also removing the docs.

This has been tested on x86_64-linux with make doc/gccinstall.info and
make doc/gccinstall.dvi on both mainline and the gcc-4.0 branch.

I have checked in the patch on both mainline and the gcc-4.0 branch.
