Did you commit your libgfortran/Makefile.in on gcc4.0.0 branch? Those new added
files (chdir.c, etc) are not compiled on this branch.
Everything should be commited and fully working now. Sorry for this error.
And for the ChangeLog entry in the testsuite, I think you should add the
directory "gfortran.dg" before the file name to indicate which part they test.
Did that, and fixed almost all my previous entries in this ChangeLog as well
(always missing "gfortran.dg").
