BTW, i am willing to compromise.

Much like their is a way to submit bug comments and attachments to bugs
via email, and query bugs via email, i'm more than happy to work to make
a script that understands some syntax so you can send new bugs with
attachments via email.
However:

1. There should be no script that sends the emails for the user (like
gccbug), unless there is some sane way of adding attachments, that is
included in the gcc distribution.

2. The syntax is going to have to be much saner, so i don't have to
convert it (IE try to divine some bugzilla fields using black magic and
the answers to various gnats fields), and try to parse badly uuencoded
bullshit in the middle of text, etc.
