Agreed, but...

I asked before-hand (albeit on IRC) and was told it was up to the port
maintainers.  No one else seems to be interested in FR-V, the patches
don't touch anything else, and are completely standalone.  I also talked
it over with Alex, the co-maintainer, and he didn't have a problem.

If however, there is a consensus that this patch is inappropriate, I
can revert it (though I'd rather not).
