I've been going through the files and made some changes. I've been
making some minor formatting changes (removing the use of $Id$, for
instance).
I was adding proper copyright notices when I noticed that none of these
files are LGPL. We should make them so, otherwise we will limit the
usability of GOMP. This is something that the authors will have to
decide of course. My recommendation is to follow what every other
library in GCC does, use LGPL. In fact, I'm not sure if we are not
almost required to do so. Does anybody know?
