1) This is a new feature. We are not accepting new features at this
stage of the development cycle.
2) We need you to complete copyright assignment paperwork with the FSF
before we can even look at your changes.
3) We are far more likely to consider your new feature, come the next
development cycle, if you spend some time fixing bugs right now.
You can do that in parallel with waiting for the FSF to process
your copyright paperwork.
