Patch for end of sentence markup etc. in manuals


This patch fixes various issues with end of sentence markup and related 
issues in the manuals.  I fixed many such issues around the time of GCC 
3.0, but it seems people have forgotten the proper Texinfo usage in 
various cases.

Sentences in Texinfo should have two spaces after the "." (except at the 
end of a paragraph).

If an uppercase letter ends a sentence (other than inside @code, @samp 
etc.) then it should be followed by @, @! or @? rather than plain ".", "!" 
or "?".  This has no effect at the end of a paragraph but is still a good 
idea there in case more sentences are added to the paragraph later.

"e.g." and "i.e." should be followed by a comma or "@:".  Incorrect usages 
are "e.@:g." and "e.g@.".
